We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours or 2 working days of orders being received.

For international shipping outside of New Zealand, prices are to be advised, and will be at tracked rates.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons we cannot exchange skincare, deodorant or liquid wash if you change your mind. Bar soaps, in new condition, are able to be exchanged if you change your mind.

If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us immediately with details so we can rectify ASAP.

If your package arrives damaged please notify us within 24hrs and we will rectify it as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address, and to check your address you receive with your tracking information. Any corrections need to be made on the same day you receive the tracking information.
