We're into our ninth year of trading, and have been reflecting on No3 and our fabulous customers. Looking back over the years, our values have always focused on care for our customers, being plant-based, animal- and earth-friendly, and providing you with the best possible products. And we want you to feel like this wee guy looks.....
The traditional approach to sales, where it's all about hitting targets and making profits by just pushing through numbers of people, can be quite disingenuous and a bit cringy. The primary focus for us is customers first and foremost, and building meaningful connections. When we established No3 our motto was “a little bit of happiness”. If we could give just a little bit of happiness to each customer, then that would be a good thing 😊
As we move through 2023, we want to make a commitment. It will be a year where we give back to you. Rather than us choosing one charity to donate to, we have decided to pay it forward to our customers in 2023. We have planned some exciting initiatives to express our gratitude for customer loyalty, and we can't wait to share them with you over the coming months.
One initiative includes product giveaways, where we will be surprising customers with special gifts throughout the year. So every month, five customers will also receive a gift with their order – we will communicate this giveaway in our newsletters.
We will also give away two $50 vouchers each month, which customers can use on their next purchase. It's to say thank you for being a part of our community. The winners will be announced in our newsletter on the 30th of each month.
We hope that by giving back to you, you will also pay it forward to others in return, creating a positive ripple effect in our communities.
We know 2023 hasn't yet been the year we all hoped it would be. So we really appreciate your support, and we are committed to making a positive impact on your lives through our products, and our genuine care for you.
Even if we can provide you with a little bit of happiness, that will be great.
